Doug Klocke oversees all phases of Real Estate Development. Doug serves as the primary customer contact and manager of all real estate improvement projects from conception to completion, including shell development and tenant improvements. Doug directs the project design team, manages city and local government approvals, and oversees construction, costs, schedule, and quality. Doug graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, and also holds an EIT in Civil Engineering.
